Most of our tickets are collect on the door on the night, and all you need is your order number and some ID to collect tickets at the door. We compile a master list that door staff use to check. On this list will be your name, ticket number and number of tickets to collect. If we are posting tickets they are usually sent out 10-14 days before the event. If you do not receive them or lose them, you can still get in by quoting your ticket number, name, and producing some ID.
